Some days we might work on steady-state cardio, mostly utilizing the machines, whereas other days we have a short, intense lactic tolerance effort. The difference is in the stimulus and desired outcome. To avoid overtraining or injury, it's important that you balance the intensity levels of your workouts; thankfully, our coaches have that all figured out for you.
